About our Boat

Sea C Rider is a 41ft Mainship trawler with twin 240hp turbo diesel engines. She has two state rooms, upper and lower helm, spacious fly bridge, full galley, solon and one head. The original owner cruised her exclusively in the clear waters of Lake Superior and Lake Michigan. After boarding dozens of boats we landed on this one for many reasons that we are happy to share with anyone over a beverage …

The name Sea C Rider stands for our manufacturing business, Sea Converting. The Rider part means that she is a rider on the business since we will be working while cruising.

A bonus of our boat’s name is that the age old song See See Rider has been recorded by various famous artists, including ….. Eric Burden & the Animals, Elvis Presley, Chuck Willas, the even the Grateful Dead. Check out this Animals version which has become our theme tune…..
